Can any one tell me how to get rid of oil in wood bottom mags that have been soaked in oil for years.

You might try an acetone wash. I have found acetone to be quite effective with oil-soaked grips. Sometimes it requires several applications. Just pour it on and scrub with a stiff brush.

I'd also try Murphey's oil Soap, works well on grips, so should work on mags?
