Hi Tom,
Actually I have a data base of the serial number related to the 7.65 therefore I cannot be really precise for the 9mm.
In any case with your pistol should be quite easy. In fact the Mauser Parabellum in 9mm caliber reached the number 11.007xxx on 1972. Therefore your pistol has been made in the 1971-72 era.
You have to know that the 90% of Mauser Parabellum has been made in the first three years of production.

With the pistol in 7.65 caliber I can be more precise. In fact I can state that the 90% of pistols has been made within 1972.

You can visit my web site to have more info about the Mauser Parabellum:
www.lugerlp08.com

In addition you can have a look at the previous topic related to these pistols.

In particular, you can read the previous topic related to the Mauser Parabellum internal numbering and check if your pistol shows this kind of engraved numbering. Please let me know the result of your check.

I hope this helps.

Ciao
Mauro
