Old Elgin Watch

Just a short story on a gift that was given to me from Tom Armstorng. It is a Uboat stop watch that was "wound too tight" I took it to a littla ole watch maker that lives in town and told him what I thought was the problem, his response was "does your car have too much gas " He took offf the back and in two seconds the watch was running perfectly at a cost of 1.50 I gave him a ten spot and walked away with a smile.
