Ed,
maybe not as good as one of Toms and maybe it has British proof marks, but I think its beautiful. The locking bolt looks like it hasn't been messed with. (You know that is one of those things that I look at first) The only thing that I wonder about is the little finger of the side plate has what looks like it has a crown with maybe "9 mp" stamped on it. I have to look at one of my navies to see if that marking is there. I don't remember, right off hand, seeing that on my navies.
