PJ, Since the tools and holsters were made by different manufactures, I doubt that they were originally sent as sets to the clothing depots for issue. My best WAG, is that the tools were sent in large lots and randomly added to the holsters for issue. About the best a collector can do, is to match the acceptance marks, if present on the tool, to the gun he is using it with, but I seriously doubt that they were issued that way. I do have most varieties of loading tools available from unmarked DWMs @25 each, Imperial accepted (Erfurt), most Mauser marked including the scarce E/135 @$100 and a few with Police or Military unit markings @$75 each.
