As Dutch Lugers go, that is probably a fair representation. That is what most of them look like and having it refinished isn't going to increase the value. Is it all matching and what is the barrel date? If matching, for $900 it is a pretty good buy. Doesn't look like it has a Dutch magazine, but I can't tell for sure from the photos.
