I have tryed to answer that question before. I understand that its a bit difficult to make any sense out of it

The word "HÃ?Â¥vamÃ?Â¥l" means "The speek of the tall" and contains old norwegian "liferules" or "words of wisdom" written around 10 up to 13 century (early wiking erea). Direct translation from v. 38 is:

"Their weapons, menn on hill shall not walk a step from, unknown when on road outside it can be question aboud spear."
