Hi,
Lots of fakes in these -- As I have been told, the real ones have larger than normal numbers on the receiver and toggles and are not over a 3 digit serial number.

A lot of the fakes are made from Simson's. They use some old Simson, put on a maching Erfurt toggle, and remove a few of the acceptance proofs, stamp a Kl. 1933 on the chamber, refinish it, put on some wear, and presto -- a rare gun. Trouble is the serial numbers are too high and not big enough.

What is your opinion of the two 1925 Simson's on Gunbroker and are they correct? Good collecting!
