Hi Ron,
The small extention on the side of the firing pin should hook behind the sear bar (bar on the left side, partially behind the sideplate) after cocking. The trigger pull will push the sear bar inwards at the front, thus outwards at the back, where the firing pin hook is released and the pistol fires. The sear bar is held in place by a small flat leafspring. |
