We no longer have those heavy iron skillets at our house... I replaced them all with a modern "light" and easy to handle set of non-stick cookware... But lack of a cast iron skillet is no obstacle... as I amsure most of you will agree, most wives can stir tidal waves of 'motivation' with just their eyes!... The trick is to try an avoid looking them directly in the eyes and pretending we didn't hear what they say...

...at least that is the case since all the cast iron skillets are no longer with us
