unmarked Luger holster

I once had a holster very similar to this one. It was with a byf 41 Police Luger with a sear safety. The only difference was that my holster was serial numbered to the gun on the back. Mine also did not have a take-down pouch.

I felt mine was a commercial holster that was issued to a police Luger.

My opinion is that you have a commercial holster for a WW2 Luger, probably a two digit Banner, like a 41 or 42 Banner. Without actually looking at the holster in person it's only a guess, but I do not feel it is a reproduction. -- Bill
