Also, IIRC, the good grade commercials had a leather sleeve covering the buckle body; Jerry is correct about the pin-punch normally sewn into the tool pouch and a rod pocket coaxial to the mag pocket. I have never seen one of these in anything but chocolate brown or cordovan/maroon colored leather. They are beautiful and hard to find. The maker mark is often on the strap.
