All,
In deference to my esteemed friend Bill,a Luger expert who is far more knowledgable than me,
K-Date Navy pistols tend to change hands "under the radar" of the day to day Luger market. Most of the sales of these guns are accomplished between private parties with a phone call or e-mail.

Seldom do such pieces surface on the open market unless someone dies and the estate does not know what it has. These pieces, when they appear on the market, should have very careful scrutiny, and if legit, someone needs to be on it like white on rice.
