Charles Kenyon-Treatise on the Luger

In the front dust jacket cover of "The Luger: MultiNational Pistol" it speaks of an upcoming revised Treatise from Mr Kenyon about the Luger pistol combining fantastic color pics like those in MNP with all the new information he has compiled over the years, assuming it has been updated. My published date for MNP is 1991. Any Idea if he still plans to do this book and when it MIGHT be coming out? The pictures in MNP are the best color photos of Luger pistol I have ever seen. Thanks!
