George,

I edited your post above - please feel free to e-mail me if you have a problem with that - but, last time I checked - this thread was about his post war re-work - in a Forum section that is Subject Titled "All Post-WWII Lugers (Interarms/Mauser, Stainless Steel, VoPo, & Other Custom Lugers)". While I may appreciate your views about post-war Europe, the communist boot, et al. - I'm more then certain this is the wrong thread in the wrong forum - and frankly - I have no idea why you'd even want to hi-jack this thread in posting it here, as the "General Forums" may be more appropriate - if they are to be considered appropriate at all.

And no - I didn't go to a â??government schoolâ?, as if that somehow might make any difference.

I am late in my comments after reading those by John D., but as a moderator of this section I feel that I need to make them.

Personal attacks will not be tolerated! This forum is to discuss Lugers. I do not care what political views you hold but please keep them to yourself when on this forum. The old Luger Forum was destroyed because of such attacks and we will not allow that to happen again.

And yes, I DID go to public school and am very proud of the education that I received.

Not sorry I missed what ever happened here yesterday afternoon because I had to leave my computer earlier than usual, but I am sure I would have had the same reaction as John D.

Please, lets keep it LUGERS folks... it works really well here.

Thanks
