Come on guys. You need to do more shooting. My 3 Lugers all shoot 1.5" or smaller groups at 50 ft. bench rested. When I do my part offhand they shoot 3" groups. I don't rest until they are sighted in. You can drift over the front sight to correct for windage, but you have to lower the front sight nearly to the bottom of the rear sight notch or they shoot high at 50 ft. You can find better targets than old tires--beer or soft drink cans are about the right size, but they won't move much unless they are filled with sand.
