The barrel length is measured from the face of the chamber to the end of the barrel, and if the barrel is original to the pistol it will be 4 3/4" long.

Does your pistol have the American Eagle on top of the chamber.

Your pistol was originally rust blued with strawed small parts.

There are no production figures available on the number of Model 1906 pistols produced. The Model 1900 overlapped into Model 1906 production, and the Model 1906 overlapped into Model 1908 production.
