Don't bet on it.

The parsimonious Swiss MOD surplused sold as much stuff as it could, as soon as it could, to keep the gnomes of Geneva happy...hense the sales of the model 06 and 06/29 pistols. As a kid in the 50's buying The Gun Report, I remember an ad that was always on the back cover from a guy in Switzerland selling board stocks, stock irons, skate keys and other goodies...I suspect that spare barrels have gone that way.
