Bad news. A sholder stock is only legal on a Luger that was issued with one, and then only if it is the correct type stock. An artillery Luger requires an artillery stock, a navy Luger requires a navy stock, etc. Since your Luger is a made up 6" toy, it isn't legal with any stock. If you find a stock, make sure you don't tell anyone and are way out in the boonies if you use it. Technically, it is illegal to even own a stock (if you also own a Luger) unless you have the proper Luger to go with it. Sorry, but zealous law enforcement could take away more than just your fun.
