Sorry Gerben, but I think that the quality of the photographs shown in the auction are not sufficient to make a clear judgement on whether or not this pistol has been "forced matched" in my opinion...I believe that we would have to see much higher quality photos of all stamps on this gun to come to that conclusion.

The numbers on the front of the frame may not be struck to the same depth, but from what I see in this fuzzy photo, the stamp used for both "5"digits was the same...

The finish on this gun looks very nice, but since the auction states that it has come out of a collection in Switzerland, it is very possible that the gun has been refinished... they like them clean and shiney over there...
