my grandfathers bring back

yes it does have the bar,and sear,can you tell if it was issued too a specific unit?or even region of the country?my grand father was in france,belgium,austria,and germany,.brought back many wonderful things,my cousin has 2 awsome daggers,w/belt,buckles,all the extras,not sure who has the nazi flag,just wondering ,and would it have been issued to a military unit or just police?thanks again
