The German military did not issue shoulder holsters rigs to tankers or any other soldier. If you look on other websites that post extensive collections of war time German military photos you will not find a picture with such device. There may be a rare exception near the end of the war, but as far as I am aware here is no known documentation.

Shoulder holsters in the 1940s were mostly an American style brought about primarily from the gangster v. cop movies. You will see photos of America GIs who are tanker wearing such rigs. Thee is a famous publicity picture of Elvis of when he was in the US Army in the late 1950s with a tankers helmet, wearing a shoulder holster.
