I'm not a Navy expert.
Why is there a Crown/B Crown/V on the rear toggle/sight? Were those Uruguay acceptance markings; Imperial German acceptance markings on parts that were diverted to a commercial contract; or something else? Is it numbered in the commercial pattern (digits on bottom of trigger plate, etc...)? Thanks for posting an interesting Luger.
