Navy marked Lugers are renowned for being faked. You'll need to provide sharp well lit photos (shaded natural light, camera that can focus) including closeups of markings.

Perhaps one of the Navy experts can help with your photos. You should be able to upload pictures using the advanced version of the editor. Just size them to about 1024 pixels on the longest axis.

It is absolutely original, it has no parts replaced ... I have enough experience in detecting tampering.

Excuse me for not putting a full number image in front of the frame, and under the barrel (it is for privacy requested by the owner)
But they are original, same typeface, ect …

Welcome to the forum! I think you're right, it sure looks like a Uruguayan contract gun or one produced at about the same time. This link might be of interest.

I'm not a Navy expert.

Why is there a Crown/B Crown/V on the rear toggle/sight?

Were those Uruguay acceptance markings; Imperial German acceptance markings on parts that were diverted to a commercial contract; or something else?

Is it numbered in the commercial pattern (digits on bottom of trigger plate, etc...)?

I think they are C/B and a worn C/U (not V); and are commercial German proofs not Imperial military.
