Bill Munis has convinced me, no G Dates I have ever seen had the hump! Some Ks had it and then it was reintroduced in mid 1937 and then all after had it. There MIGHT be a G date with one, but I doubt it. The G date at the top of the thread did NOT have the hump. It is a curved project at the rear of the frame to help hold in the rear axle pin during recoil at its most rearward movement. See the hump on the very rear of the frame <img src="graemlins/c.gif" border="0" alt="[ouch]" />
