I wish I had an answer - which is why I replied "Huh"? in my first post in this thread.....

So - let me try to summarize what I think it's about....

Thinking.....

Still thinking.....

I'm still thinking........

Hmmm - I have NO IDEA..!!!!! But hey - at least I get to 'feign stupidity' (posted by "John St." later in this thread) while others practice it in "real time"... Your comment about "...medication properly administered..." perhaps is correct - but I'm not really sure??!!!
