Which is Better 9mm or ,30 Luger?

That's always sporty, and certainly no time to be distracted. I liken it to snipping the red wire on an IED. (Or was it the blue wire?) In a perfect world I'd try partial disassembly to make most (non-Luger) guns safer, but of course still not "safe". Once the slide is off you may be able to lever the cartridge back with a screwdriver, but driving it backwards may still be the final solution. If there are other and better ways, I'm all ears.
