Marc,
there is no picture where the serial number would be on the frame- have you more info? Serial numbers did not normally appear on the left or right chamber of the early commercial lugers, but on the frame front and usually the bottom of the barrel.

I can certainly send more photos but there are no serial numbers or other markings on the gun anywhere. The only markings are the ones on the magazine and the4 small marking near the trigger.
