Ah yes sorry that is what I meant to say. I was surprised to find that the grips and magazine are numbered to the pistol but the side plate is a different number.

I was curious as to how the pistol could retain the serialized magazine but lose the serialized side plate, perhaps a lot of pistols being cleaned at the same time under duress? which I guess would explain the mismatched holster too.

Wish I had the takedown tool and spare magazine with the pistol.
