Here are pictures of a 1920 Commercial Luger in 7.65mm with a barrel threaded end attachment. The pistol has Germany origin stamped marks.

Very similar to the gun I was describing Dick, but on the gun we had displayed the entire front sight ring/base screwed off and the front sight was spring loaded as the latch for removal... but thanks for sharing your photo... I would love to see the suppressor that accompanied the gun in your photos, and know its vintage...

It would be interesting to see the type of suppressor that would be used with the 7.65mm Luger round. That has not been one of my pursuits. |
