Oh, yes, absolutely- all luger pistols are "special"; just depends on how deep you want to go into their production and history!
Only the ones left for sale are "rare".1920 Commercial DWM pistols in 7,65mm are at the bottom of the heap- but they Can command a healthy premium for condition. The top is so high, I can't see it, but probably some GL marked prototype or presentation that really is rare(except for the fakes).
