Unfortunately, it's rather hard to make out detail in your photos.

If I remember correctly, the safety lever was not numbered on these commercial pistols.

It was normally strawed, but sometimes this can darken naturally over the years.

It looks to me as if all the normally strawed parts are about the same color which would be just the natural ageing process .=(Patina)
