Hi David, Welcome to the forum! I'm not so sure about the "Mauser hump", can we see a clearer photo of the upper rear portion of the frame. If I'm correct, your gun is a 1915 DWM and the unit mark stands for the 7th Dragoon Regiment, weapon #18.
