If there is a name on it, you could try GB or eBay. Having a forum member with some machining experience is another option, but would almost certainly require mailing the barrel/receiver + rear sight to him.

You could try having your local gunsmith [if he is a smith and not a parts changer] mock up something for you from whatever he has on hand.

Now, if it were me, I would make a blade from steel stock. My blade would likely be wider than the slot. I mean the slot would only be for mounting; the blade width would likely be ~.100" or even ~.125"...I would make it trapezoidal rather than a half-moon, simply because that's what I like...
