yes, when I had my FFL 01 it was easy to get the approval and as a FFL 03 nothing is required except to ship to a FFL 01
easy, no issues I could care less what I sell to anybody in the USA, as long as they send me an FFL I am okay with it (I double check and see if a 01 or 03 is legal), keep in mind there are other types of FFL's out there where it is legal to send to - but that is fairly uncommon, although I have sent guns to Pawnshops every now and then if memory serves me correct.
