Default Barrel replacement!

Hi To all, as you can tell be Ed's post.. we are making progress on the barrel replacement process! Currently, even though we are having success, we are no'where near making it the fool proof operation I'm after!!! .. And believe me, there is a lot of room for fools in this game, me included!!
We are adding tools, fixtures, and jigs as we go, and, as they are required.. One thing working for me so far is they have all been shooter grade parts so if I did make a mistake, the bucks wouldn't be so high to replace the part... most of the receivers show quite a bit of "improper" previous work, and I'm sure that is why they were available... I haven't marked or marred anything yet, (since the very first one, which I ended up destroying!...) and every time now gets me further away from "screw-up", and closer to "fool proof" .... Keep those projects coming boys! Best to you all, til...lat'r....GT BTW, many thanks to my customers who have utilized my efforts so far! It is appreciated!
