Kai, it is the Lathi tool. The Luger tool looks like the one on the picture.

Hello Kai.

I have a tool like yours. Hard to say, but they are propably fakes. Almost all I have seen look to be in unused condition. And that stamp is not the hardest to fake. And the back side is not milled.
One of mine has the SKY stamp too.
They work with some magazines.

Milled relief on backside of Luger tool should look like this one...(Which is a Sarco copy/fake)...
