Here are the names and addresses of a couple of companies that do barrel relining. The prices quoted are for C96 Brooms, I think, but it should be close for a Luger. By relining, you can keep the original stamps on the barrel. Thor has reworked 1-2 relined barrel Luger and the job was good he said. Here is the information for what it is worth. I have heard of Redman's, and the information I got was that they were good.
