Actually it is from "Infantry Construction Bureau - Spandau". Me wondering what it was doing there unless it was there for the purpose of testing and evaluating MP18. My guess is drawing is helpful when recommending improvements. Being named P08 didn't make any difference to bureau since both weapons used same feeding device.
