As you can see in the new picture, it is a P08. Note that the front grip strap is not straight and also the barrel is fat and 4". These pistols in .30 luger were made in the same period of 250 commemorative P08 but are in .30Luger not in 9mm. That is the only one I see in this configuration. I think this pistol is quite rare.
