As you can see in the new picture, it is a P08. Note that the front grip strap is not straight and also the barrel is fat and 4". These pistols in .30 luger were made in the same period of 250 commemorative P08 but are in .30Luger not in 9mm. That is the only one I see in this configuration. I think this pistol is quite rare.

in Italy is not easy to buy and shoot with Luger and in general with other guns. It is necessary to have a lot of authorisations. In addition the 9mm caliber is forbidden therefore the luger in 9mm are reworked in 9*21. So only the Luger in 7.65 are collectible. In any case, when all authorisations (in other words a lot of time and money) are available it is possible to have a collection.<br />
