Can you guys please tell me what I have?

I guess I didnt see the other marks on the right just thought they were scratches. My camera and flash brought that out. So value? should I even oil this? This is the first time Ive ever had a "collectible" firearm. Should I even fathom shooting it. Is the swastika emblem legit and from where? It looks to be real silver severely tarnished.
