SOme people say it smells like Liqourice, I think it smells like filthy feet, and I am not the only one, Goolge Ballistoll smells like dirty feet. It does clean very good,but hey it is German, but I am never buying it again, AND I am going to try to stay off of U-Tube. None of the Gun scholrs in this country heard of this stuff 5 years ago, anything you can use as salad dressing and clean guns with makes me wonder. Again, I was impressed how good it cleaned my Smith and Wesson Model 10 and Browning 1900.
