Any change for a modern holster?

To answer your question, Stoeger makes a more or less modern Luger holster. They are occasionally offered on Ebay. You might want to Google search and something might pop up that interests you.

I also have seen quite a variety of open top Luger holsters..Just a matter of widening your search. I don't know of any modern makes currently available.
