I appreaciate what lugerman.com does for us. However, I did not have any prior dealins with him,so I was unsure if I was getting ripped off with all the publicity on what I read online other than this forumn.

You have every right to complaint.

I did take me a longer then normal.

But you will have the part.

Next time when and if we do business, i will try to estimate the delivery times better for you.

Most of the collectors do not care to wait some extra time for service or part they can not get anywhere else.

But, for some with that only one luger that is all of the sudden out of commission, every day of delay is like the end of the world.
