Very well done and a very sad movie. I hate it when animals have to suffer (even though none of the actor animals did I'm sure). The howitzer scene was pretty cool though. Boom!

I agree on the barbed wire scene. Sort of reminded me of that horse going crazy in the movie "The Big Red One".

Highly accurate to say the least. Even the German helmets had the unit numbers on them. Didn't the movie "All Quiet on the Western Front" (the 1979 film) have the spiked helmet coverings?? That film was pretty accurate too it seemed, along with "The Blue Max".

I'm really wanting maybe a remake of either "The Blue Max" or "All Quiet on the Western Front". Or, maybe they could create a new WWI movie with great and new special affects. This one was good, but more animal centered. Oh, I forgot, they did do a good WWI movie, "Flyboys". I forgot all about that one!

How much is 30 Guinea's?
