eBay rules change

Ive been selling on Ebay for over 12 years.....feedback is over 5,000 Positive......and I have learned the hard way......Ebay favors the buyer ....PERIOD..!!....I get at least one "bogus Bidder"every other week.....they bid and dont pay......Ebay will do NOTHING to the Bidder.......however.....the Bidder can post a NEGATIVE on me but I am forbidden to post one on them.....I shipped a cap insignia to a girl in Australia.....she posted a complaint...she never received it....I called Ebay..discussed it with them...and faxed a copy of the International shipping receipt to them........3 weeks later....they gave her the money back...!!!!!....next day she sends me a sarcastic note...."I like the Pin".........I called Ebay up ...and I dare say people in two states heard me cussing them....12 years of pentup frustration came out.....i was yelling.....after I calmed down......the Rep said..."well...i see you have been selling for over 12 years...we will refund your money"....but that doesnt say it wont happen again.....a 14 day "inspection period".????...get it...play with it...let the dog chew on it...try to sell it at a gun show.....then if that doesnt work....send it back for refund......im getting off Ebay just as soon as i can........
