The land-to-land marking on the barrel (8,83) shows that the barrel was made as a 9mm barrel, and that the land-to-land distance was 8.83 mm.
So the only explanation is that the barrel was sleeved to .30 luger somewhere between 1918 and the time you purchased it. |
