Hi afsocv22, it most certainly kills the collector value... as it's not really even acceptible as a shooters, shooter?? Meaning, it's only good until it fails, and the trust factor would be pretty thin in my estimation.... As for the refund, depends on what you paid...... But, that being said, if you decide to keep it, then an adjustment should be possible... You're about to find out about "Integrity" in the gun sales arena... Some got it, some don't... At any rate, If you keep it and want to replace the breechblock, let me know I have a spare in excellent condition un-numbered... as they sometimes, (correctly) were... Welcome to the forum.. look at it this way, the next luger you buy, will certainly be field stripped before purchase, I should think! ... Best to you, til...lat'r...GT
