The straw on both may have been cleaned up a bit and I say "maybe". Both these S/42's look to have fine original finish, especially the 1937. I particularly like the halos around the barrel serial number of the 1937. If I were in the market for these last of the rust blued fine made Mauser luger types, I would give them serious consideration. Getting a three day inspection period honored to and from Norway may be a little difficult unless they are actually to be bought in the US.
